Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Keelstead Discord server, using Keelstead bots, or participating in any Keelstead services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Keelstead is a gaming creator community that provides:

• Discord-based community features
• A points-based economy for rewarding participation
• Creator profiles and directory
• Crews (social groups) and crew management
• Community events and leaderboards
• Twitch and YouTube integration for creators

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Keelstead services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account or allow others to access your account
• You are responsible for any platform accounts you link (Twitch, YouTube, etc.)

5. Points Economy

• Points are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Points cannot be purchased with real money
• Points can only be earned through participation in Keelstead activities
• Points can be spent on perks within the Keelstead platform
• Points are non-transferable and non-refundable
• All perk redemptions are final

6. Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in bots or the economy
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate staff or other members
• Share content that violates Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempt to circumvent bans or restrictions

7. Moderation and Enforcement

• Keelstead staff may take action against rule violations at their discretion
• Actions may include: warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans
• Banned members forfeit access to their points and perks
• Appeals may be submitted to staff; decisions are final

8. Intellectual Property

• Keelstead branding, artwork, and original content are owned by Keelstead
• User-generated content remains the property of the user
• By posting content in Keelstead, you grant us a license to display and use it within the community

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The availability of any specific features

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelstead and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of points or virtual assets
• Damages arising from service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your accounts
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the Discord server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

• You may leave Keelstead at any time by leaving the Discord server
• We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason
• Upon termination, you lose access to points, perks, and crew memberships
